Timber Ridge ~ Wedding Package:

Thank you so much for your interest in having your special day at Timber Ridge ~ a very quaint, peacefully tucked away site that bodes well for couples who want to transform an already naturally beautiful setting into the wedding venue of their dreams.

At Timber Ridge we offer access to the site to the Wedding Group from the Thursday prior to their special day through to the following Monday.  This way, all set up and decorating can be done well in advance, leaving a totally relaxed and memorable wedding day on the Saturday, followed by a family and friends day on the Sunday and then wind down and take down is on Monday.  This also provides the opportunity for out of town guests to come in early and have a place to camp while they explore all that the Okanagan has to offer before and after the wedding.  And, if the groom and his buddies are so inclined, we have direct access to hundreds of miles of crown land trails for quading / dirt biking etc.  Or, if you are horsey folks, we have on site corrals and marked trails, so you can also bring in your horses for the week and head out on the scenic trails.

The package includes:

  • 4 cabins that sleep a total of 13
  • Pull-in sites for RV’s within the camp site
  • Plus overflow camping in the adjoining 30 acre meadow
  • A beautiful ceremony arch complete with scenic background and benches that seat 150
  • A spectacular timber framed covered reception area for 150 dinner/dancing ~ which  looks absolutely amazing all lit up at night
  • Plus an adjoining gathering area complete with fire pit
  • A one-of-a-kind hand-crafted bar
  • A beautiful hand-crafted wine/charcoutier/dessert station
  • Tables and chairs for 150+
  • Plates, cutlery, wine and water glasses for 150+ (included in cost if we do the catering

Additional services we offer:

  • On-site Master Chef who creates delicious home cooked meals from locally sourced farm and on-site garden fresh produce customized to suit your palates ~ ranging from $35 - $40/plate.
  • We can also prepare a lovely charcuterie station for guests to enjoy between ceremony and dinner
  • Plus, we can provide a late evening snack during the reception
  • We can also be on site on the Sunday morning to cook brunch for your overnight guests
  • In addition, we have access to a wedding officiant, local florists, photographers, DJ’s, bar tenders etc.
